Detailed Information

Located at the foothills near Almaty, this Tiny Resort project was developed as a high-end mountain resort hotel catering to travelers seeking year-round comfort in a cold-climate environment. The surrounding snow-capped mountains and natural landscape placed high demands on both thermal performance and overall living quality, making comfort, insulation, and environmental adaptability central to the project’s design strategy. Rather than treating the tiny houses as temporary accommodations, the resort positioned them as permanent, premium living spaces aligned with the expectations of upscale mountain tourism.

The project consists of thirty tiny houses, evenly distributed across K30, K50, and K70 models to support a diversified room offering within the resort. The layout was planned to preserve views, privacy, and seamless integration with the natural terrain, while interior systems were upgraded to meet cold-weather operational requirements. Electric floor heating was installed across all units, ensuring stable indoor temperatures throughout the winter season. Completed in July 2023, the project stands as a strong reference for deploying Tiny Resort solutions in alpine and cold-region destinations where environmental conditions and brand positioning demand a higher standard of performance and finish.
