Utilizing an optimized large-span portal rigid frame system, the project achieved an expansive and highly flexible internal layout while maintaining strict cost control. With a total steel consumption of approximately 3,000 tons, the development demonstrates an efficient balance between structural performance and economic feasibility. Completed within an accelerated two-month construction cycle, the project highlights our company’s core strengths in rapid delivery, integrated resource coordination, and comprehensive steel structure solutions, while fully supporting the client’s future leasing, expansion, and diversified operational needs.
