Developed for Riyadh’s high-temperature desert climate, this Capsule House project adopts a climate-responsive modular design that prioritizes thermal performance and mechanical efficiency. By optimizing insulation and air-conditioning systems within the K70 model, the project delivers a compact yet premium accommodation solution suited for long-term hotel operations in extreme weather conditions.

We are collaborating with one of Israel’s largest open-air shopping centers to develop a 500+ m² integrated Visitor Center and modular housing showcase. Located within the high-traffic Bilu Center, the project will serve as the client’s primary demonstration site for presenting a new generation of modular, smart residential solutions to the Israeli market.
