Key engineering features include high load-bearing capacity, modular prefabricated construction for accelerated installation, corrosion-resistant treatment suitable for coastal environments, and an optimized structural design supporting energy-efficient refrigeration systems. The project also reflects strong Sustainability and ESG practices through the use of recyclable steel materials, reduced construction waste, optimized material consumption, and energy-efficient cold-chain operation design.
