Detailed Information
This project is currently under construction and adopts a six-story steel structure system with a total steel volume of approximately 2,100 tons across a 14,148 m² footprint. The building integrates commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure functions, including a 71-room hotel and an embedded metro entrance, while achieving a FAR of 1.9 through efficient spatial planning. Our rapid 20-day steel structure delivery has significantly accelerated the construction schedule and meets strict International Standards for safety, durability, and performance, highlighting our strength in complex urban, export-oriented projects.
