Detailed Information

This Brazilian Tiny Resort project was designed as a multi-functional showroom to demonstrate premium tiny house solutions while supporting active resale operations. The showroom layout integrates six models—K30, K50, K70, X50, X70, and M50—allowing prospective clients to experience a variety of configurations, interior layouts, and lifestyle possibilities within a cohesive display environment. By emphasizing fully customized interiors, the project positions the tiny houses as upscale living solutions rather than standard modular units.

Thirty units have already been completed and resold, while an additional thirty are currently under production, reflecting a continuous supply strategy tailored to market demand. Each unit was crafted with attention to aesthetic consistency and functional quality, ensuring a high-end experience for both visitors and end-users. The project demonstrates how Tiny Resort concepts can serve as both a marketing platform and a living showcase, aligning premium design standards with operational efficiency.
